Home Health Agency seeking full-time salary, part-time, and PRN visit nurse to do Initial Assesments and regular visits. Candidate must have home health experience. Medicare background a plus. Organization and ability to meet paperwork deadline a must. Flexible schedules with an independent working environment.
Must have reliable transportation to travel to and from patient homes.
Some on-call responsibility.
